Standard Delivery Window is between 10am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Orders placed within 24 hours of Requested Date are subject to Delivery Flexibility & Floral Substitutions: The inventory we have access to is subject to a host of variables including seasonality, farm availability and quality at the time they arrive in store.

In the event that you’ve placed an order for a specific design and the exact blooms pictured at not available, we will substitute with the blooms available that are as similar as possible in color & style to the product you chose.
